APRISE is structured into six interconnected work packages (WPs) that together support skills development, mobility, policy engagement, sustainability, and long-term impact in the alternative proteins sector. Each work package contributes to the project’s capacity-building objectives while ensuring coherence between training, secondments, and dissemination activities.

WP4 equips talents with skills to engage with policymakers, industry, and civil society, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
WP5 – Training in Sustainable Practices
Provides training in sustainability assessment and responsible innovation, including environmental impact assessments
WP6 – Dissemination, Exploitation & Communication
Ensures visibility, knowledge transfer, and long-term impact of APRISE results.
