Food Production & Circular Economy
We are pleased to announce the launch of our next training module, Sustainable Food Production & Circular Economy, a 12-hour programme delivered online across six sessions between August and October 2026.
The first session, Introduction to Sustainable Food Production & Circular Economy in Food Systems, will take place on 17 August 2026 at 09:00 CEST and will be led by Prof. Dr. Mecit Halil Öztop.
Over the course of the module, participants will engage with topics including life-cycle thinking and sustainability metrics, agri-food by-product valorization, sustainable food processing technologies, fermentation-derived products, and sustainable dairy production. Each session will combine lecture content with interactive exercises. Participants who complete the full 12-hour module, meeting the attendance and assessment requirements, will receive a Certificate of Completion.
